NFQHA researched at 93% FOUNDATION Blue Eye Spruce our 2005 AQHA PERLINO STALLION!
Blue is a true gentleman. This is an unusually calm stallion and we are so proud to own this fine horse and offer him to the public as one of our stud horses.
As you can see, the entire family rides Blue, even our customers.
He came to us from Illinois out of a gaited horse breeding program where he was of course the COLOR PRODUCER! The Triple B's Stallion Station Breeding Contract This boy will produce wonderfully colored foals, and is considered a 100% producer of color, meaning ALL DILUTED COAT COLORS but NEVER a sorrel or chestnut foal, and we are excited to see his first AQHA babies hit the ground in 2012!
This is one super sweet boy...
This unusually calm boy has GREAT NAMES in his lines such as Zippo Pat Bars, Bill Cody, Skipper W, Shiek, Wimpy, Plaudit, Badger, King & Poco Bueno just to name a few. We invite you to visit with Blue Falcor. This...Is what you want to reproduce!
2/14/11 UPDATE: As he stands he will produce Buckskins, Palominos, Smokies & Creams. His DNA results: E/e, A/a, and add the additional color modifying genes of the dam and he can produce Dunalinos, Palominos, Buckskins, Dunskins, Smokey Blacks, Smokey Creams, Perlinos, Cremellos & these may be further diluted with the Champagne gene. Grey is gray... Might be born of color but will gray out... He has a wonderful wide set of jaws which makes for the prettiest head. Standing approximately 14.2 hands, very stocky build, beautiful conformation & very intelligent, we are very excited to offer him as one of our studs.
We are offering a Special Breeding Fee of $250, with shipped semen available for the 2012 season for an additional fee! Come and visit this fine young boy, see for yourself just how calm he really is...Like I said THIS is what you want to reproduce!
I have found his uncle, Basic Black Spruce, out of the same sire, Mr. Basic Black. Further research has divulged that Mr. Basic Black has points in reining and his sire, Checkmate King Glo is an AQHA World Champion in the Junior Reining Horse category, and was a Texas Heritage Reining Champion. Now his sire, Mr. Joe Glo has an outstanding list of attributes such as AQHA World Champion, Superior Halter and Performance Sire, Superior in Western Pleasure, Winner of NRHA Futurity Superstakes, a World Champion sire, and an AQHA Leading Performance Horse Sire. Mr. Joe Glo's foals have earned 388 halter points, and 3950 performance points, 77 ROMs, 3 Superior Halters, 17 Superior Performance, 1 World Champion, and $182,864 in NRHA earnings. The dam of Mr. Basic Black, Blue Gracie, is also the dam of Sarah Solano, Italian Reining Futurity Champion and winner of the Italian Reining Derby Boy do they look similar just a difference in the color! I have found that the Spruce lines have a very consistent look about them as well as that fabulous willing and calm personality. Each owner I have contacted has said the exact same thing. SWEET, CALM, GOOD LOOKING HORSES, This is what you want to reproduce! Here is his sire, Basic Spruce Up:
and his sister...
Blues foals have been of the gaited variety where he was used to produce color into a gaited breeding program. I am obtaining photos as I can... Shown below, a Missouri Foxtrotter and her Blue Spruceling foal:
My
Blue...I think I'll keep him! |
