AKS Rip Tide, this is a hunk of horse. I have spent time with this stallion in his stall and at horse shows. He is extremely mellow, almost lethargic. I could not believe this fellow was not gelded! Rip Tide is a beautiful horse and he is also the sire of our stud colt, Zhips Dun Makin Waves. He is registered with the APHA as well as the NRHA and is homozygous for the Tobiano gene. We are expecting a RipTide foal, April 2008, stay tuned for pictures! We now own 3 Rip Tide foals and consider ourselves very fortunate. This picture was sent to us in an email and the horse's name is Patches. I do not have any further information but maybe they will contact us again and let us know who owns this pretty painted horse. I would love more pictures of Patches, a side view showing that mane would be real nice...
