CAPE FEAR TRAIL RIDERS OPEN HORSE SHOWS

As a member of the Cape Fear Trail Riders I feel a certain responsibility to take pictures...okay so I just like to take pictures...

Anyway these are some of the contestants that visited with us during the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Shows.  I will admit I have my favorite contestants...PAIGE AND DAKOTA...but I will not be naming names...

All of the contestants look really great and the best part, they are having fun!

I will be taking pictures and posting them on this page.  Please feel free to offer any information that I do not possess and any comments as long as they are well said.  This site belongs to me and I am the only one who can get away with any not well said comments...

Of course the following pictures rank number 1 in my book...my husband James and my big boy Midnyte Leviathan, always looking great, even when not behaving but they look good doing it!  And of course my beautiful Fiona, the horse with the funky name, and cool color, Box C Wimpy Psylocke!

Then of course, we always welcome Miss Paige and her Arabian Pony, Dakota to the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Shows!  Yes, my husband and I are very taken with Miss Paige and her family.  They are the nicest people!

Miss Paige has developed into a wonderful rider to be so young.  She has also developed what I term, "The Paige Speed Lope" which is one of our favorite sights to see.  It involves Paige, with Dakota, at a lope and a really brilliant smile usually found at the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Show! 

The Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Shows offer Halter Classes and Showmanship at Halter!

There is a lead line class at the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Show for those that are just beginning to show in the arena!

There are those of us at the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Shows who love to let little ones sit on the horses, just to ignite the desire to ride one...

I have watched youngsters with their horses before they were in the show ring...and after.  They are all winners at the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Shows...

We have the gaited classes at the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Show and they are always entertaining...

There are many beautiful and stunning horses to be seen at the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horse Shows, come on out and see for yourself.  If you decide to participate please remember that the Judges decision is final and we promote GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP at all times...

These are the forms that will give you more information about the Cape Fear Trail Riders Open Horses Shows!  You do not have to be a member of the Cape Fear Trail Riders to attain points.  These points are accumulated through the year and during each show for a final determination towards the end of the show season.

I am very thrilled to announce that the Cape Fear Trail Riders will be a PAC approved venue for the 2009 show season!  What is this?  If you own an APHA (American Painted Horse Association REGISTERED) horse and you have enrolled your registered APHA into the PAC (Paint Alternative Competition) program and you place, you may earn PAC points.  The APHA is not officially associated with any of these local open shows, the association does want to recognize your efforts on your American Paint Horse.  Your accomplishments can be recorded on your registered horse's official lifetime performance record through the PAC program.  For more information please visit the APHA web site, this link will take you directly to the PAC program and the details pertaining to the PAC program.

As always the Cape Fear Trail Riders will be an UMHA (United Mountain Horse Association) sanctioned show, and if you have a breed that we are not associated with, bring it to our attention VIA EMAIL ONLY, Info@TripleBHorses.com, and we will put it on the table for discussion during the organizations meetings.  

Please DO NOT try to discuss items like these during the horse shows.  All of the Cape Fear Trail Riders Show Staff are really busy and concentrating on the paper work involved with the show as well as the safety of the participants.  Any ideas, suggestions or breed specific discussions need to be sent via email so they may be further researched before presentation to the members for voting, THANK YOU!
